Innotech Group, a leading supplier of innovative business digitisation solutions, has announced changes in its top management: Dmitry Kharitonov has been appointed CEO. He has taken over from Igor Kalganov who became head of T1 Group in May 2022.
The change in the management of Innotech Group (part of T1 Group) was announced at the Saint Petersburg International Economic Forum held on June 15–18.
Dmitry has taken over from Igor Kalganov who became head of T1 Group in May 2022. As Innotech's CEO, Dmitry Kharitonov will focus on business expansion both in Russia and globally. Innotech will continue to develop innovative business digitisation solutions, comprehensive solutions for the front and back offices, state-of-the-art fintech products, and Big Data systems as its key area of expertise. The company intends to continue forging partnerships in the CIS, South and Eastern Asia, Middle East and African countries.

Dmitry has travelled a professional journey from a programming engineer to a top manager. He was a Software Director at Luxoft from October 2017 until recently, where he managed a subdivision employing over 3,000 people. Dmitry has also worked on the organisation and management of the designated software development centres for the global industry leaders: GE, Microsoft, Boeing AT&T, Juniper, Avaya, Extreme Networks and others. Dmitry graduated from the Moscow State Technical University named after N. E. Bauman.
